The Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2023 is open to all drawing practitioners worldwide.
Please note initial entry is by online registration only. No images are required for the registration stage by UK entrants (if you are entering from outside of the UK please register here).
Online registration for UK entries closes on Friday 30 June 2023, 5pm.
Following the online registration, those registered must hand their drawings in to their selected Collection Centre along with the completed Work Submission Form and Work Labels.
Up to three drawings may be registered by each applicant for consideration by the Selection Panel.
Entrants are asked to carefully read the Rules & Guidelines, and will be asked to confirm acceptance of these rules and guidelines during the online registration process. Only entrants who have registered online by the deadline of Friday 30 June 2023, 5pmwill be eligible to submit their drawings to a Collection Centre.
The Work Submission Form and Work Labels are available on the Download/Links page of this website. Work labels should be completed and attached securely to the back top right hand corner of each work. Completed Work Submission Forms should be handed in with the drawings at the Collection Centre.

Applicants may submit up to three drawings. Entry fees are listed below. Please note that there is no additional charge for submission (and return) to a regional Collection Centre.
Submission Fees
Standard Entry: 1 work = £25; 2 works = £35; 3 works = £45
Student Entry: 1 work = £15; 2 works = £20; 3 works = £25
Collection Centres
At the time of online registration, applicants are required to select a Collection Centre for the submission of their work. Please note that work(s) will be returned to the same Collection Centre should it not be selected. Please note that applicants are unable to change the Collection Centre for the submission of their artworks after the deadline of Friday 30 June 2023, 5pm.
Submission of Drawings
The completed Work Submission Form and labelled works should be handed in to the selected Collection Centre on the specified days only. For further details about hand in venues and dates, check the Submission & Collection Timetable in the Downloads/Links section of this website.
Applicants wishing to submit moving images will receive an email inviting them to send a video link.
PLEASE NOTE: You can only enter three works in total.
All applicants will be informed by email of the decision by the Selection Panel by Thursday 20 July 2023, 5pm. The email will be from tbwdp@parkerharris.co.uk. In addition, their name and the titles of the drawing(s) selected for exhibition will appear in the General Info section of this website at this time.
If no email notification has been received by Thursday 20 July 2023, 5pm, or your name and work title(s) do not appear on the list of selected works, your work has not been selected and will need to be collected. If you do not receive an email or you are unable to view the accepted list online, please contact the Project Manager, Parker Harris, by email: tbwdp@parkerharris.co.uk.
The Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2023 exhibition will consist of works that in the opinion of the Selection Panel qualify as drawings. The decision of the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2023 Selection Panel is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Unselected works will be available for collection from Trinity Buoy Wharf in London on either Friday 21 July or Saturday 22 July 2023, or from the Regional Collection Centres at dates and times as advised.

Please note that it is not possible to change your Collection Centre after Monday 30 June 2023, 5pm.
Please note, works will not be wrapped after the selection process unless specific re-usable packing cases are provided for the work at the time of submission.
LONDON COLLECTION CENTRE
Works not collected on the collection days for the London Collection Centre will go into storage with Art Moves of Chelsea at Chelsea Self Storage, Blantyre Street, London, SW10 0EQ, incurring charges of £50 per work. Works will then be available to collect by appointment only. Work not collected by 31 August 2023 will be disposed of by Art Moves of Chelsea. Please note that Art Moves of Chelsea will not be able to accommodate any works over 1.8m or any 3-dimensional works.
REGIONAL COLLECTION CENTRES
Works not collected on the set dates will be disposed of as our Regional Collection Centres have no storage facilities.
All works selected for the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2023 will be retained from the point of selection and throughout the duration of the exhibition and tour from July 2023 to July 2024.
